List of Required Documents
Covering Letter
(This should be addressed to the Department Chair or to the
Director of Undergraduate / Graduate Admissions. Write briefly
about your application packet details. Do not forget to include
your complete mailing address, phone numbers, and email address.)
Completed Application Form
(Either Online Application or Printed and Mailed)
Academic Transcripts
- Attested photocopy of secondary school mark sheet
- Attested photocopy of high school mark sheet
- Attested college transcripts
Test Score Reports
- Toefl score report
- SAT score report (if available)
- GRE or GMAT score report (if available)
Financial Documents
- Letter of support from a parent or sponsor stating the
amount of funds available for your education in the USA
- A signed bank statement showing funds available and the average
fund balance for the past year. A letter from a Chartered
Accountant certifying sources of available funds and their
amounts.
- Affidavit of Support
- Photocopy of your passport
Application Fee
Application fee in the form of a Dollar Demand Draft.

Application Packet Check List:
Following is a comprehensive list of documents needed to prepare
and send an application packet to the university. Arrange the
documents in the same order as given below.
1. Covering Letter (Affix a recent 2x2 photograph on the top
corner)
2. Application fee envelope (US dollar draft)
3. Application Form
4. Scholarship form (if any ..)
5. Financial Aid form (if any.. )
6. Resume
7. SOP / Essay
8. GRE/GMAT score report
9. TOEFL score report
10. Sponsors Statement or Affidavit of support
11. Bank Certificates
12. Transcripts
13. Copies of degree certificates (each year)
14. Copies of high school certificates
15. Recommendation letters
16. Certificates / documents of extra-curricular activities.
Note: Do not send the original copies. Enclose photocopies of GRE
/ GMAT , TOEFL score reports, school & degree certificates,
certificates from extracurricular activities etc. |
